In Judge Cannon’s case, she is clearly on a path to delay, delay, delay, and then have the case thrown out. It’s much more diabolical than inexperience.

Yes, I read about that, she can delay and then dismiss the case with prejudice so that it can't be brought anywhere again. Jack has to file a mandamus, IIRC, to get her dismissed. I get to learn bits and pieces of legal functioning I never knew existed. Sad.
