First time I saw this detail. Apparently, Disney lawyers used a law regarding perpetuity to link their declaration to King Charles' youngest granddaughter. So it will be in effect for (statistically) about 100 years (she's an infant, and it extends to 21 years after the date of her death).

Actually the contract lasts until 21 years after the death of the last surviving descendant of King Charles. Only a revolution can break such a contract.

As explained by the lawyer, you can't structure it that way. It's been ruled illegal to do that. It has to be the last descendant who was living at the time the arrangement was made. That would be his infant granddaughter.
