For the 15th (!?!) consecutive quarter, Buffett chopped and changed his Chevron position — selling 3.1 million shares in Q1 2024. That’s got to be some sort of record.

That certainly is very un-Buffett like. He is known to occasionally quickly exit positions, e.g. TSM. But he is almost treating Chevron like a sweep account, adding and subtracting frequently. What gives?

He's 93 years old and can't do the DQ & McDonalds runs nearly as much, the Borsheim's visits, etc. So he's doing a little blue chip day trading from his desk. Good for him. He's not losing much-- even MAKING some money. I mean you can only play so much Bridge, right? :)
