Buffett retires.

Initiate a .75 cent or dollar quarterly div.

It's been over 30 years since I did it, BUT IF, it would still be treated as a tax-free event, I would spin out the apple as a dividend. That allows each brkb shareholder to decide if they want to stay long apple or sell it. Can one of you kids do the math, for every 1000 Bs you own, how many apple shares would you get? This would eliminate the problem of brkb being overweight apple, for those who would prefer to buy apple on their own. Thank you to whoever does the math, nap time for the old man.

ucmtsu, no way.
