Actually, it's "all y'all" when referring to multiple persons. Yes, I have known a few people who talk like that, and one corrected me on the use of "y'all". "Y'all" is singular, referring to one person. Kinda counterintuitive, given the word has "all" in it; which usually refers to a grouping.
