It's not a question of "aggravation". It's a question of law and our founding principles. And also a bit of history, since the Founders did not use or consult the 10 Commandments for the foundation of the USA. Quite the opposite. They deliberately said (in 1A) that the government shall not support or establish any religion. That was radical at that time. Most (if not all) governments at that time sponsored one religion. In England, for example, it was the Anglican (and still is to this day). British taxpayers support the Anglican church whether they like it or not. Individual state constitutions sometimes still have references to that, though they were superseded later by the US Constitution.

It does not matter if something aggravates me, or you, or albaby, or dope. It matters whether it is legal or illegal. The 10C is illegal in schools funded with public funds. Trans kids have the same rights as any other kids. The fair competition in sports is a stickier question, but I don't think it breaks the top 10 list of concerns of most of the citizenry. Not that it should be ignored, but I don't think it requires federal law to handle.
