I have heard of such a fund a few times over the years. The usual HR Harassment settlements are paid with Taxpayer money, lots of it as necessary to keep the matter quiet. Naturally who did what to who and the settlement amounts are a state secret.

I don't mind that, but later, after we have dealt with trump's cabinet. Then Trump can have it all put in book with all the myths, innuendos, and implications and sell it to Dope and Jedi. We can post the fact checks here. Yes, we've had asshats and abusers in Congress, but it's a salacious distraction from dealing with the task at hand. And first up, we'll make up a ton of lies.
Trump can put pressure on or make compromises or trade to get his picks in, or out they should go, and I don't mind if it takes forever. His choice. That's the way it works.
