There is a waiver for any future actions if you accept the "buy-out". But, the "Fork in the Road" violates several provisions of law regarding civil service employees.

Very telling was the bit about "productive work in the private sector", strongly implying that government work is not productive. Yeah, cuz getting your social security check on time is overrated.
