Well, RFK Jr.'s confirmation seems certain now. The democrats are failing to make their points and Jr. is coming across as a kindly old gentleman - A Kennedy, no less! - with a speech disability, who just wants to help Americans make better health choices and to protect children from processed foods. What's wrong with that? And the several applause rounds Jr. got during the hearing certainly didn't help the dem's case any.

Kennedy's concern for the health of the nation are all consistent with Democratic /Liberal concerns.

The difference: a non-partisan science appreciating non-conspiracy pushing Secretary doesn't bring all the RFK Jr. batshit craziness to a branch that requires fact based decision making.
