Well, the FTC finally has sued Amazon for being a monopoly. Kinda surprised it didn't happen several years ago. They are firmly entrenched. Though, maybe being a monopoly isn't an offense, it's using unfair tactics to get to that point (and stifle competition). There has always been chatter that this is why AMD still exists...Intel needed to be able to point to them whenever anyone questioned their being a monopoly.

Seems to me that what they have come to be is the biggest price fixing organization ...ever.

They use their market position to dictate the price to which a vendor must adhere...or else.
