Apparently we have a Vice President who performs official duties. Who knew? Today's included meeting with a foreign leader to discuss issues of mutual concern. The President also met with that leader today - not sure who went first, but it doesn't really matter. Both the President and VP are working together toward the same goal. You can hear her recap of the meeting at the link below. It starts right in with the news conference. Once that is over, the coverage switches over to the talking heads at a news outlet, which are quite worthy of skipping if you so choose.

Seems like a rather competent veep there. She should think about running for the top spot.
