I think the US avoids it for another 4 years, then it gets really sporty
****

Perhaps.

BUT America is superior to France.

Americans are superior to the French.

America's Capitalist system while imperfect is superior to France.

Reagan launched an economic revival in America, he didn't do so in France.

Point?

We are superior in OIL, FOSSIL FUELS, and Big Tech and our workforce is not yet as lazy and whiney as the French.

Also, France is much more racist and xenophobic than America so the very groups in America thriving as 1st generation immigrants - are sitting around bitter, poorer, and hopefully in some cases - more radicalized. (felt good to say that last part)

So.... IF our GDP can grow, somewhat consistently - then I think we've got a decent amount of time left, and our debt will continue to have buyers.
