It brought attention to the plight of what IS happening at the border, the border towns and the people and farmers living at the border edge.

You really think that was a forceful and effective move that finally brought attention to the realities of the border horror show? Come on now. It has been fully obvious for some time. Abbott's move brought attention to himself, and did zero for efforts to help....truly help....the complex border inundation.


Biden's phony baloney visit to the border brought little or no help.

It clearly wasn't intended to bring help. What's going on at the border, and the varied forces behind that, require a concerted, bipartisan, top to bottom and well-implemented plan. Biden's visit was intended as a physical demonstration of his concern, directed at those who are convinced that he doesn't give a sh*t.

People who insist on seeing heartless attention-seekers as do-gooders support the problems rather than pressing for a real solution.
