Absolutely correct. That is a tired old trope that is completely fallacious (i.e. illegals voting). More Republicans try to vote multiple times (there have been several prosecutions when they are caught) than illegal aliens voting.

It is interesting -to me- that the Felon is cutting benefits within his own constituency. He got the poorer, less educated, demographics; which I'm pretty certain is the bulk of Medicaid recipients. And he's pulling the rug right out from under them.

Dems are idiots if they can't exploit that in 2026 and 2028, assuming those cuts survive reconciliation and reach the Felon's desk. Skip the pronouns, and go after this. And billionaire tax cuts. And if we end up with a bunch of dead grannies, "Republicans hate the old and infirmed!". The Reps are giving the Dems the next few elections, as long as the Dems don't blow it.
