If she's will to go directly to damages, that at least implies she knows she was spewing BS. But I'll be she'll continue when she campaigns next time. I believe she has her eye on a Senate seat. Which is probably good news for the Dems, since she is as bad (or worse) than McSally, who lost both Senate seats to Dems. As long as the Dems don't choose someone hopeless, they'll likely retain the seat that Sinema is vacating. I think Kelly's seat is probably secure for now.
