small victory.
devos (another one of trump's billionaires) ensured that charter schools, preferably religious if possible, receive huge money flow diverted from public education. many states provide additional subsidies, including the use of tax exempt bonds.
i dont believe biden has taken any stand on this.

now image if the u.s. had norway's schools (trump's recent wish), by spending equivalent per capita money.
THAT would have been even a bigger target for MAGA looting.
