The next trial regarding the side payments by Hallam to scam the system by bring forward earning that enhance the 20% Put option will be the most interesting.
Berkshire says in their filing that it's impossible to calculate the damages. Thus I assume the Put isn't valid. Will be really interesting.

WILMINGTON, Delaware, Jan 6 (Reuters) - An unusual, billion-dollar trial between Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (BRKa.N) and the billionaire Haslam family was canceled by the court on Saturday, two days before it was scheduled to start.
"This confirms that the trial scheduled in this matter for January 8 and 9, 2024 is hereby canceled and has been removed from the Court's calendar," said a Saturday docket entry for the case. The entry said it was authorized by Vice Chancellor Morgan Zurn, the judge.
