Not subject to where you were born.

Great-grandparent(s)
Grandparent(s)
Parent(s)
Other relatives (brothers, sisters--full-blood relatives)

Born or resident in historic Ukraine territory (pre-1991). Does not matter where they were born as citizenship is based on family descent.

Dual-citizenship now recognized with US, Canada, Poland, and a few other countries.

Once Ukraine in EU, then no passport needed to travel in Schengen Zone (more? Don't know).

No language requirement.

No residency requirement.

No investment requirement.

This is what I have found thus far. Do your own research for your own specific situation.
