During an infamous 1939 speech Hitler de-humanised Jews by calling them vermins, “This vermin must be destroyed. The Jews are our sworn enemies.”

I don't think he's smart enough to do it knowingly. I think he knows squat about history, squat about Hitler...squat about anything.

It's just coincidental that his views and rhetoric line-up so well.

Well, there is this, which I cannot verify. But it is attributed to Ivana.

According to a 1990 Vanity Fair interview, Ivana Trump once told her lawyer Michael Kennedy that her husband, real-estate mogul Donald Trump, now a leading Republican presidential candidate, kept a book of Hitler's speeches near his bed.

"Last April, perhaps in a surge of Czech nationalism, Ivana Trump told her lawyer Michael Kennedy that from time to time her husband reads a book of Hitler's collected speeches, My New Order, which he keeps in a cabinet by his bed...

It does seem unlikely that Trump would read ANYTHING, but if he was going to read it's likely he might read Hitler's speeches.
