The 2024 DNC Party Platform is out:

This platform was passed by the Platform Committee on July 16, prior to the President stepping aside.

And it's full of "In President Biden's second term"... and such. OMG, fix it, people!

BTW, the Republican platform is a much easier read, with 20 bullet points in the preamble, which is as far as most folks will get.

Well, to be fair, everything in it WAS what Biden would do in his second term. We still don't know for sure what Kamala will do, though it will no doubt largely match what Biden would have done. And at this early stage, Kamala herself likely isn't entirely sure what she will do!
