OK, how ugly are biological Netherlandian women that this face and body can win Miss Netherlands 2023?

Maybe it's not a beauty contest anymore but a whole persona contest. In that case,
a. "She" must have a great personality and intelligence to overcome the ugly countenance. and
b. Can we please have some real beauty contests where women are judged on nothing but looks?
