this podcast with Ted Seides - infamous for the bet with Warren on S&P vs. Hedge Fund performance over 10 years - is good.

The Warren bet discussion starts around the 18 min 20 second mark.

Learned much more about it and how Warren had dinner every year with Ted and others.

Worth the listen IMO.

Thanks ltb- that was an entertaining listen! I've quoted that bet & outcome dozens of times. If I had known for a $320K initial bet, you could correspond and have dinner with WEB and his lieutenants along with a couple personal friends for a decade and help a very worthy charity -are you kidding, I would be a very proud Loser of that bet for all the perks!!!

Btw, an eBay lunch is active now (6 days left) for Mohnish Pabrai to benefit his Dakshana Foundation. Current bid is $40K as I type. He is a true gentleman- we met him in Omaha in May at VALUEX Conf. & he generously posed for a picture with us and several others folks.
