"does a president have complete immunity for anything he does in office?" YES!

"is the only way a president can be prosecuted is if he is first impeached in the House and then also convicted in the Senate? YES!

So, then, you're saying that if Biden were to have Donald Trump and his family either assassinated or kidnapped and removed to some hidden location forever, and arranged for the assassination of any other republican presidential candidates and a couple of dozen senate republicans he would have complete immunity from prosecution.
