If Biden slurred and glitched like that -- using odd sounds and noises in place of words -- it would be on an endless loop on Fox "News" and the cries for him to withdraw from the race would be deafening. But his rallygoers applaud and cheer his obvious cognitive decline.

And as for the crowd size in the south Bronx, here's how a local ABC News affiliate reported on the rally:
