Another meaningful BRK investment under US Gov't pressure.

WEB said he didn't consider government headwinds for Power biz, wonder if he ever considered risk of Sherman Act being used on Apple.

Whether you're right or wrong, win or lose, lawsuits cost cash and attention away from day to day business.

Bummer.

Let's be honest out of all the possible issues, Apple would have been the most likely known as an antitrust candidate. This is especially
true with Buffett's relationship with Bill Gates and Microsoft's issues. Apple is in a stronger position than Microsoft too.

I saw “senior deputy attorney general” interviewed on the case. She was, to be charitable, rather unimpressive. If she is representative of the government’s case they will have a hard time getting a conviction.
