Yes, it is being reported in "left leaning news outlets", and pretty much everywhere else. I had no trouble verifying it. Even the much-maligned MSNBC had it.

Yes, he lacked standing. Also, Trump hasn't been convicted of anything yet, so I don't believe the 14th Amendment would apply. If he's convicted of those specific crimes stated in the 14th, that would be another story.
