Disgraced Biden and VP Harris opened the border in the first place and now is a major campaign issue for the Border Czar.

She owns the Biden policies, all of them, on every subject.
Because she's the democrat nominee and the sitting Vice President. They can't claim she's like Obama was, some kind of bystander in his own administration.
