Hilarious. And completely backwards. Some might call it a lie.

Congress didn't want to silence Bannon. They wanted to hear what he had to say. He chose to stay silent and his silence is what put him in jail.

The quote is in this interview somewhere. I'm not in the mood to find the exact spot.
