An interesting analysis of the Trump case. A couple of good lines from this (paraphrasing, since I don't have a photographic memory):

If you hand a note to a bank teller saying "give me your money", that is speech, but it is also the crime.

This hypothetical is something you might get from a sadistic, drunk law professor.
