So,

The ProGlibs here, in the NY Times and elsewhere, are practically o-ing themselves that Trump is "trapped," etc. etc.

Very reminiscent of many many prior instances where the MSM would proclaim: "The walls are closing in" on Trump; or per Wolf Blitzer, "Bombshell!"

No one can predict the future, but if you think you can, figure out a way to place a bet on it, try to make a profit.

Otherwise, it's just a lot of wishful thinking. Mutual mental...you know what. Cognitive biases being mutually reinforced by others with the same cognitive biases. Very typical, very common.

If Trump is in fact doomed, what's the rush? You folks should be SAVORING every minute of it. You don't really sound like you're savoring anything. You want to declare yourselves (it's all a vicarious thrill for you) the winner when the horses have barely left the starting gate.

But let's have a little reality check, and if possible, some self-reflection, please.

Whose political careers have ostensibly tanked in the recent past?

Charles Schumer, whose own party is treating him like Caesar on March 15;

Hakeem Jeffries, whose deficiencies as a leader (always obvious to anyone with a brain) are starting to be highlighted by (again) his own party.

The two OFFICIAL elected leaders of the Democrat Party are in serious political trouble, and good chances their careers may be as good as finished.

Why?

They got b*tch slapped by Trump in the government shutdown dispute.

You don't try to destroy the King, especially King Trump, unless you are sure you can finish the job. Everyone knows that. So it was a suicide mission for Schumer and Jeffries from the start, only they were too dumb to understand that.

Who in the Democrat Party is going to replace either or both?

No one. There is no one.

Who is going to be the Dem Candidate in 2028? Don't know.

The names that the Dem insider "copers" have been floating--Newsome, Shapiro, Bashear, etc etc, don't have a prayer of getting the nomination. No white men need apply for the Dem nomination in 2028. If the poobahs try to rig the nomination for a white male, it will tear the Dem party into pieces, because the Dem party is just getting more and more and more radical and race-obsessed as time passes.

The Dems HAVE TO nominate a Black woman in 2028. They HAVE TO. Michelle told them so. (Although so far she claims not to want it for herself, she would probably be a lock if she changed her mind.)

Reading the various threads about this Epstein stuff is amusing. Everything being spewed by the ProGlib posters is pure cope and fantasy.

No one knows what is or isn't in the Epstein files or whatever they are.

We do know that Virginia Giuffre exonerated Trump completely. We also know that the convicted sex offender, Epstein himself, hated Trump's guts.

Those are two very solid recommendations.

Some of you folks need to breathe into a paper bag for a minute or two and clam the F down.

Wait for something to happen before you start humping each other's legs, will ya?
