Dope1:
Oh, and here's video of the guys who beat on the NYPD officers. In a sane world they'd be rotting in a jail cell:

Instead of jail, these smirking arrogant punks are back at the immigrant shelter having a nice hot meal at taxpayer expense. Maybe they will hang out and play a little xbox, rest up before going back onto the streets to prey on the locals.Dontcha' just love the law and order advocates who argue the laws should be abandoned in certain instances or for certain people but as albaby1 has explained, repeatedly, that's not the way the law works. Being
accused of a crime is not the same as having
been found guilty of a crime.
As the NY DA's office explained:
A spokesperson for the DA's office said it requested ROR and supervised release because this is still an ongoing investigation.
"Violence against police officers is never acceptable. It is paramount that we conclusively identified each defendant and specify each participant's role in the incident. Every defendant charged so far is facing felony charges that carry a penalty of up to seven years. This is an active, ongoing investigation. If anyone has additional information, please call 212-335-9040," the spokesperson said.Perhaps you should be at least a little outraged at House republicans who, at the command of Orange Jesus, have dismissed the Senate immigration bill before even having an opportunity to see the legislation. Perhaps Lankford will be able to work in language that addresses this kind of criminal behavior. If he has a lick of sense he will and then stand back and watch republicans reject it.
