Does Texas have a law against crossing an international border without a visa? Maybe they do, but it would be odd. - 1pg

I think the Texas Law is rooted in trespassing statutes or, as we know, lawyers can get creative, so the unauthorized entry could be charged as something like "entering a restricted area". The point is these are violations of state law, irrespective of the perpetrator's immigration status.
