The settlement includes a $787.5 million payment from Fox. So is that the floor for the Smartmatic case (which is more of a slam dunk than Dominion)?

And will Fox have to make an on-air apology (or apologies)? I'm betting no apology or even acknowledgement by Fox that it lied. Will be happy to be proven wrong.
