Just when you think they can't be any more wrong, Team Biden surprises us with more folly and more dumb stuff.

Sources close to the discussions in Oman tell MEE that the delegations spoke about ending Israel's war and a shared desire for a change in Israeli government'Change in Israeli government'. Yeah, that'll go over well.
Brett McGurk, US President Joe Biden's senior Middle East adviser, held indirect negotiations earlier this month with Ali Bagheri Kani, Iran’s point man for negotiations with the West, according to three Iranian sources close to the talks.
The talks took place in Muscat, which hosted secret meetings between Tehran and Washington a decade ago that led to the 2015 JCPOA (joint comprehensive plan of action) nuclear agreement.
They were the first round of discussions between the US and Iran since January.
One source close to the talks, which were first reported by Axios on Friday, told Middle East Eye that discussions between Bagheri Kani and McGurk were progressing well and were close to reaching some sort of agreement.Axios is a lib-friendly source, so you people can go there for confirmation.
The talks focused on three subjects: a shared desire for a change in government in Israel; ending Israel’s war on Gaza; and preventing the conflict from spreading elsewhere in the region.Right.
Why are the democrats so hell bent on cozying up to the worst of the worst at the expense of our friends?

Dope1: Axios is a lib-friendly source, so you people can go there for confirmation.
Or, I can just read your linked article which clearly states:
In the meeting, one source said, McGurk quoted Biden as saying: "I will not negotiate with Iran for a nuclear and comprehensive deal until after the US election because the Iranians cannot keep their promises.”
And also:
Following Raisi’s death, Iran needs to hold a presidential election within 50 days, and it is unlikely that major foreign policy decisions will be taken during this period of uncertainty. US presidential elections are meanwhile due in November.
In short, there's nothing much in the article other than the Biden administration searching for ways to resolve the Middle East conflicts.
Considering that president Biden is the only American president to visit Israel during war time — in the aftermath of the horrific October 7th terrorist attacks — and the first president to order the U.S. military to defend Israel from a foreign nation’s attack, he must be such a disappointment to Israel unlike the Orange Turd who called Israel’s defense minister a “jerk” and republicans like Elise Stefanik who appeared before the Israeli government’s legislative body to attack president Biden for his policy approach to Israel and the war in Gaza, including efforts to limit civilian casualties in Gaza and to assist in relieving the region’s humanitarian crisis.
On the plus side, president Biden is not writing "beautiful love letters" to the leaders in Iran and telling them he loves them.

I'm sorry, is this supposed to mean something? He's going to continue to negotiate with an entity that he says can't be trusted to keep up their end of any deal?
And you think this strengthens your debate position? Sure, homie.

Well...he does agree with Iran that Israel needs a change in government. Again, do you think this helps you?
Considering that president Biden is the only American president to visit Israel during war time
Conveniently because..they've not been in full scale war for a while.
and the first president to order the U.S. military to defend Israel from a foreign nation’s attack
...because all his dealmaking with the freaking people who order the attacks has gone so well.
Okay, I'm going to stop there. Again, are you arguing my point or trying to make one of your own?

Here's Ted Cruz letting Blinken have it today.
I didn't know that Iran was only
https://x.com/SenTedCruz/status/179299139254267940..."Mr. Secretary, you have presided over the worst foreign policy disaster of modern times," Cruz began. "When Joe Biden became president, he inherited peace and prosperity in the world. We now have two simultaneous wars waging: the worst war in Europe since World War II, and the worst war in the Middle East in 50 years. Both, I believe, were caused by this administration's consistent weakness."
"Your foreign policy is precisely backwards from what a rational American foreign policy should be to our friends and allies. This administration has consistently undermined, weakened and attacked them," he added. "And to our enemies, this administration has shown constant appeasement and indeed has flowed billions of dollars to the enemies of America who want to kill us."

Obama sends plane full of cash to Iran (I now applaud it and hope Iran uses it - somewhere that the world is sort of tired of)
Trump meets Taliban.
Ok.
Trump leaves.
Biden gives Afghanistan back to Taliban, girls shoo'd from schools.
As an added bonus......
"PUTIN!" took Crimea (lol) as Obama looked on.
With Trump, Putin had chit chats.
Under Biden, Putin killed lots of Ukrainians.
Hopefully WW3 causes the draft to start at the Ivy League, and then by 401K balance from high to low.

The only link you provided was from a site called Middle East Eye.
According to Wikipedia:
In 2017, a conservative thinktank, the American Enterprise Institute released an article in which they concluded that the Middle East Eye "acts far less as a traditional journalistic outlet and far more as an English-language front for Qatari-supported groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas".
I guess if you believe in a unified Reich, quoting “an English-language front for Qatari-supported groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas” isn’t a stretch.
By the way, I don’t subscribe to Axios. The only Axios article that showed up in a Google search of Axios, US and Iran, had to do with talks about avoiding a regional war.
Crazy Joe, wanting to avoid an all out regional war. Folly and dumb stuff, indeed.

Welp, he basically has one on his hands. Wasn't one of the drones bragging about the US fighting alongside Israel?
