No, it's actually all you, in this case you are misinformed, exactly what you think other are. The first article I read on this, the third paragraph told me that during the pandemic we had a special credit for kids, and this took many of the kids out of the poverty zone. It also noted that there are two ways to measure poverty, first is income, second is taking into account related credits, etc., which is more accurate, So I'm not going to look this up for you, but please note the good source I read told me that the increase in poverty in kids, is the elimination of the credit, which got voted out since we are now endemic.
