Any skilled diplomat could have gotten a better deal from Greenland and Denmark AND kept them as loyal allies.
Much like the Iran war, the petulant Trump has created a clusterfuck (I don’t mind spelling that, either) that destroys alliances, weakens the United States, and for whatever imaginary win you can conjure up, hurts the United States in the long term.
A bully tactic might work in the real estate business (for a short while), but it doesn’t work running the most powerful country in the world.
It takes completely different skills to run the world’s most powerful country than to build a shitty fucking building in NYC.
