(BRK.A; BRK.B) -- Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s first quarter earnings release and its quarterly report on Form 10-Q will be posted on the Internet on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at approximately 7:00 a.m. central time where it can be accessed at www.berkshirehathaway.com.
Berkshire Hathaway will hold its 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Prior to the Annual Shareholders Meeting, Greg Abel, Berkshire's Chief Executive Officer, will provide attendees with a business update which will be followed by two question and answer sessions.
