Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger almost never makes endorsements but he endorses Harris-Walz.

Schwarzenegger said it made him "furious" to hear America being like a talked of like it's a garbage can — rhetoric former President Donald Trump recently used at a rally in Arizona.

"I will always be an American before I am a Republican. That's why, this week, I am voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz," Schwarzenegger wrote.

So yet another moderate republican steps up and says it's time to "to close the door" on Trump.

Or say, "Hasta La Vista, Baby."

I don't know that this will have any effect, but it's nice to see that not all Reps have lost their minds. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first time (or maybe the second time) he has ever voted "Dem" (first may have been 2020?).

I totally agree with his statement "I will always be an American before...". Well...not totally, since I am not a Republican. But I am an American before any other affiliation or allegiance.
