Opportunity unlocked: Mortgage rates drop to 2024 low point. The 30-year conventional loan rate averaged 6.8% — a new low point for 2024.

And under her leadership as Olympic Medal Czar, America has won 87 Olympic Medals so far! (More than any country!)

If she's responsible for everything negative that happens, isn't she also responsible for everything good that happens?!
