That was more depressing than amusing. We are f^&*ed.
"You should have thought of that before you knew it". Indeed.
I voted for Biden in the primary, the other choice was Dean "who the heck is that?" Phillips.
I would like a do-over, please.

At least you can go back to England. Most of us are stuck. Most first-world countries don't want Americans immigrating to them.
I've received my primary ballot. Haven't opened it yet, but I will be voting for whomever opposes convict Trump.

To clarify, I realize convict Trump is no on my primary ballot. My point was that it doesn't really matter what name is on it, I will be checking that box. Anyone but convict Trump in the general.

Things might be looking up over there, though I note that Labour got less of the national vote than did the Conservatives plus the Reform Party. The Reform party split the right-wing vote. My old constituency went Labour, but the one next to it went Reform...yikes!

I'm not up on all the nuances, but I did see that Labour spanked the Conservatives. A strong rejection after years of the Conservatives destroying the NHS, "austerity" cuts, Brexit, and other really bad decisions.
And at least one poster here tried to say it was because of liberal policies [snort!].
France also appeared to reject the far-right wing, after it appeared they were possibly going to win this year.
So we're next. Hopefully we can reject the loony (capricious, vicious, authoritarian) right, but I am not optimistic.
Your homeland is looking pretty good now, isn't it. Maybe dust off that passport? I keep harassing 1poorkid to get a job in England so she can sponsor us over. But she got a job with a major US insurance company instead. :-(

You guys are taking the exact wrong lessons away from the European elections, and I'm here for it.
