Two diplomats briefed on the latest draft called it an international “investment fund,” which the United States would help facilitate in the event of a final deal. Plans for such a fund would be further discussed during the negotiations period, the diplomats said.
This proposal appears to be an iteration of an earlier idea floated by Mr. Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, and Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law. Both are real estate investors, and some mediators said they had suggested promoting real estate projects in Tehran and an investment fund in the event a deal was reached.

The United States poured billions and billions of U.S. dollars to help rebuild Japan, Germany
and Europe after WWII.
The plan was designed to help these countries rebuild their economies and prevent the spread of communism in Europe.
The U.S. bomb the L out of Iran to bring the regime to their senses.
The population will be the ones to suffer if not given help.
It’s the American Way to rebuild and help the innocent population to regain normal
living standards.

and Europe after WWII.
After the German and Japanese regimes were crushed and delivered "unconditional surrender", and accepted occupation. Hitler ate a bullet. il Duce was hung by partisans. Tojo failed his suicide attempt, was tried and hung.
The Iranian regime stands, and shows no sign of "cutting and running", like the Shah did. "Bibi" does not want the war to end until the Iranian regime is crushed, and replaced by an Israeli/US Quisling, and has said so, publicly. As I posted a couple days ago, regardless of Trump's inclination to declare victory, and wander off looking for an easier target, the Israeli assets in Congress don't want any part of anything that leaves the regime in place, or hands over a nickel to it.
