The former U.S. senator from Nebraska has lost his job as University of Florida president after tripling his office’s expenditures, which went from $5.6 million to $17.3 million, but -- despite the fact that Sasse “resigned under circumstances where there exists cause to terminate” -- will continue to receive his base salary of $1.04 million until February 2028, or until he “accept(s) a full-time position elsewhere or otherwise resign.”

The university will continue to provide medical insurance benefits for Sasse and his wife and dependent children.

Sweet.

Right left, white brown, doesn't matter.

My hope is more Welfare Queens are created one way or another and due to culture, I am most bullish on it.
