I fell into that one headlong.
I'm just trying to get ahead of the curve. He's my governor, so I'm a bit more familiar with him than many others around the country. But come 2026 when his term is over, he'll be more actively beginning a campaign for the White House. May as well make sure folks know how to spell his name now, so you'll get it right down the road whether you are supporting him or still calling him New Scum.
Heck, I'm not sure I'd support him. Depends on who else is running. His biggest problem is that he's seen as far left, so he might alienate the small but important center-right, who will likely be the deciding votes in 2028.

And I have no reason to call a Governor scum. I've actually praised his political skills back in the TMF day.
