Four years ago today president Donald John Trump, the very stable genius, suggested during a press briefing that injecting disinfectant or shining light inside the human body might be effective cures for Covid-19.

Now there are any number of reasons that Trump should never set foot in the White House again -- for example, he removed dozens of cartons of government-owned material containing 197 of the nation's most highly-classified intelligence documents, including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and others with Special Access Program (SAP) markings, and a plan for military action against Iran... and left them in a publicly accessible unlocked bathroom and ballroom stage for months; he said he would terminate “all rules ... even those found in the Constitution”; he called American war dead “suckers” and “losers”; he told a mob to come to Washington DC on the day that the electoral ballots were to be counted and then sent that mob to the nation's Capitol to “stop the steal" and "take back their country” where they beat police, pepper- and bear-sprayed them, severely injured them, and ran through the Capitol in search of other victims while he watched for hours as the violence unfolded before he told them he loved them; he refused to participate in the peaceful transfer of power, declining to attend his successor's inauguration; and to this day he still spreads the big lie that the election was stolen when every single bit of evidence proves that false -- but the fact that he is a flat-out moron who purposely allowed hundreds of thousands of Americans to become critically ill and to die rather than take a single action that he believed might have harmed his chances for reelection is remembered today, on the anniversary of Inject Disinfectant Day.
