Biden did not say they died during the riot.

Biden did not say they died from their injuries.

As Lapsody pointed out upthread, with respect to January 6 "all that transpired played a role" in the death of United States Capitol Police officer, Brian Sicknick. Officer Smith's suicide — nine days after Jan. 6, 2021 — was caused by injuries sustained in battling the rioters, and as such, his death was found to have occurred in the line of duty.

Trump lost. He illegally tried to stay in office. He continues to lie about January 6. He's a rapist. He got millions of dollars from China while he was president. And you're in a cult.
