These children are ..not..children of the state. The teaching of explicit sexual instructional material has nothing to do with LGBT awareness education. The mandate of school boards for a no opt out option for parents clearly usurps the parents right to supervise the sexual education of their children. Many people have personal and religious reasons for wanting to have this available as an option. Can you explain the benefit of have drag queen shows presented to children as low as elementary school or the use of a school having a field trip to watch a drag queen show. Please back up your statement with some facts for a change that people are for not teaching about the fact that slavery is part of our history. Now that is just a mindless talking point.

Folks on this board have long been putting their hands over their eyes and pretending that sexually explicit material is being shown to children at young ages, far too young to understand this sort of material. They'd rather claim that Florida said "Don't say gay" and is banning books left and right.

But what gets me is how on board they all are with some rando idiot at a school guiding a child toward life-altering medical treatments absent the consent or even input from a parent. That kind of thing should make your hair stand on its end but since it's liberalism uber alles 24/7 with these folks it doesn't even raise an eyebrow.
