The even more shocking (if you see what I did there!)statistic to me is that wholesale vegetable prices were up 38.9% in July. That is directly attributable to Trump and his henchpersons Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, and their dutiful little brownshirts at ICE. It's almost like they don't understand where our food comes from. And the PPI as a whole up .9% for July. That is a staggering rate of inflation.

The silence from the Dope's on this board is telling whenever there is evidence presented about how badly Trump is effing things up.

Just like the Felon campaigned on lower egg prices? Without details, most people probably won't buy it.

But I agree, Dems should seize this and run with it. It's easily blamed on tariffs, even if it may be a bit more complicated than just tariffs. Don't campaign against the Felon, his cronies, or MAGA...campaign on issues associated with them that can be shown to be hurting the average citizen.
