g0177325: I suppose the standard military oath to uphold the constitution could be interpreted as giving the military the right to stop Trump if he becomes a threat to the nation, but it’s a stretch...

The suggestion that the Oath of Allegiance, which has been taken by every officer of the U. S. Armed Forces since May 18, 1884, now mandated by federal statute, is a specific reference to the former president is ridiculous and pathetic.

Plain and simple, Fitton lied.
