Damn right [Alito] should [recuse] and so should Thomas. But, of course, they won't.

Of course, they should also resign. But they'd be particularly disinclined to do that now since then Biden would get to pick liberal justices to replace them. Plus, they'd sail through the confirmation in the Senate since McConnel isn't there to eff things up.

But I have to wonder where the hell Roberts is in this. Does he talk to his fellow justices AT ALL about ethics?
