I think his latest team won't go down that path. They'll advocate for their client, as they should, but given the consequences some of his past lawyers are reaping, I'm sure the new team won't go there.

What exactly is the "that path" you are referring to? Sano was describing turning the courtroom into a partial media show. That's not against the law. Previous attorneys that got themselves in trouble, either broke the law, may have committed crimes that could mean disbarment. The Habba character already seems willing to do a media show - or so the speculation goes. I've been working on my new house - maybe I missed something. :)
